Andy is a native St. Louisan who recently moved to Kansas to serve as the General Manager of the Country Club of Leawood. Prior to joining the CCL family, Andy refined his love of hospitality during his distinguished 30-year career at Westwood Country Club in St. Louis, where he rose through the ranks to serve as General Manager. Andy brings a deep-rooted commitment to operational excellence and a "member-first" philosophy. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and a past President of the CMAA St. Louis Chapter, Andy is recognized nationally for his expertise in club finance and team leadership. Prior to pursuing Club management on a full-time basis, Andy went to Washington University in St. Louis, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2000 with a B.S.B.A., concentrating in Finance.
On a personal note, Andy comes from a very tight knit family, with three brothers and one sister. Andy and his wife Mimi were married in 2010 and are the proud parents of four “boys”: Stanley, Blue, Oliver and Bennett. Stanley and Blue are long-haired Dachshund brothers from the same litter, while Oliver and Bennett are both rescue cats. Andy is a sports enthusiast who loves his hometown Blues and Cardinals, although he is excited to jump on the Chiefs bandwagon. When not at work, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, working in the yard, cooking, hosting parties, and spending quality time with his family.
“I am honored to join the Country Club of Leawood family. CCL’s legacy of reinvestment and its reputation as a premier family sanctuary in the Midwest are incredibly compelling. I look forward to working closely with our talented department heads, recognizing traditions while seeking new opportunities, ensuring that we are providing the high-touch, personalized service our members expect." -Andy
