Andy is a native St. Louisan who recently moved to Kansas to serve as the General Manager of the Country Club of Leawood.  Prior to joining the CCL family, Andy refined his love of hospitality during his distinguished 30-year career at Westwood Country Club in St. Louis, where he rose through the ranks to serve as General Manager. Andy brings a deep-rooted commitment to operational excellence and a "member-first" philosophy. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and a past President of the CMAA St. Louis Chapter, Andy is recognized nationally for his expertise in club finance and team leadership. Prior to pursuing Club management on a full-time basis, Andy went to Washington University in St. Louis, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2000 with a B.S.B.A., concentrating in Finance.

On a personal note, Andy comes from a very tight knit family, with three brothers and one sister.  Andy and his wife Mimi were married in 2010 and are the proud parents of four “boys”: Stanley, Blue, Oliver and Bennett.  Stanley and Blue are long-haired Dachshund brothers from the same litter, while Oliver and Bennett are both rescue cats.  Andy is a sports enthusiast who loves his hometown Blues and Cardinals, although he is excited to jump on the Chiefs bandwagon.  When not at work, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, working in the yard, cooking, hosting parties, and spending quality time with his family.

Patty began working at CCL in March of 2011 and stayed through its transition of ownership to Capital Foresight. She graduated from Bishop Miege High School (class of 78) and studied Interior Design at K-State University. Recently she returned to college and in December, 2017 she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration along with an Accounting Certification at the University of Kansas, Edwards Campus. In the fall of 2018 she began graduate coursework at KU in the Working Professional’s MAcc (Master of Accounting) program. Her professional experience includes over 40 years of audit, bookkeeping, accounting and management work within retail, educational and construction trades prior to entering the club industry. She and her husband, Brent, have two grown children (Kristen & Alan,) and two Labrador retrievers (Max and Murphy.) Patty enjoys archery, baseball, boating and fishing area lakes, traveling and camping.

Rebecca joins the Country Club of Leawood with several years of experience at Hallbrook Country Club, and knowledge of the club industry in south Kansas City. Rebecca was born and raised right here in Kansas City and earned a Bachelor of Music at the University of Kansas. In addition to her dedication to hospitality, Rebecca performs with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City and is a children's book author.

Mary joined the Country Club of Leawood team in May 2026 as the Club Communications Director. A passionate advocate for the arts, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Washburn University.

Before joining CCL, Mary worked in the restaurant industry, where she specialized in developing and managing menus, email marketing campaigns, social media content, and websites. She enjoyed not only bringing creative ideas to life through design but also building meaningful relationships with the people she worked with. We are excited to have her join our CCL staff where her talent and skills will build those same strong connections at CCL.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys painting and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Katherine joined the team at the Country Club of Leawood in February 2025. She grew up in Leawood, alongside her three older brothers Patrick, John and Ryan. She graduated from Notre Dame de Sion High School in 2018 and then moved to Iola, KS to attend Allen County Community College on a soccer scholarship. Prior to joining CCL, she gained experience in customer service and as a billing specialist, working at an auto logistics company for four years. In her free time she enjoys drawing, fishing and spening quality time with friends and family. Katherine loves being part of the CCL family and we hope to have her on our team for many years to come!
